Originally from Wisconsin, Vicki brings academic and applied experience to SPEA. During the first 12 years of her career, Vicki worked in colleges/universities in the Midwest and east. Then, after receiving her doctoral degree, she's held various organizational effectiveness and human resource leadership positions. In 2004, as an associate faculty member, she taught her first SPEA course, Executive Leadership.
