Neil Pickett is Senior Advisor for Policy and Projects in the Office of Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels. In this role he is responsible for coordinating the development of the Governor's policy and legislative agendas. Prior to joining the Governor's Office, Mr. Pickett spent 10 years with Eli Lilly and Company, serving in a variety of corporate affairs and corporate strategy assignments in Indianapolis, Washington, D.C. and London, England. Before joining Lilly, Mr. Pickett served as a researcher and then research director at the Hudson Institute.
