Dr. Malatesta joined the IUPUI public affairs faculty in 2007 upon completion of her doctoral program at the University of Georgia. She formerly managed operations and regulatory affairs for a New Jersey cable company and provided consultation services for several municipalities in New Jersey and with the City of Philadelphia on cable television franchising procedures.
