Dr. Ho is an expert on performance measurement and budgeting, e-government, and state and local applied finance. Prior to joining the SPEA IUPUI faculty in 2004, Dr. Ho was as assistant professor at Iowa State University. In recent years, he has been working with Sun Yat-Sen University (Guangzhou, China) and Guangdong provincial and local governments to conduct joint research on Chinese budgeting and administrative reforms.
